Feeling isolated and less confident at home. Our healthcare assistants can assist and improve your quality of life and assist you back into the community. We also provide  accessible transport!

Our healthcare assistants can help you be and feel part of the community again. They are able to:

  • support with with social activities, such as going out for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family or going to church or a club you wish to attend
  • companionship and supporting your independent living at home
  • provide you with information on key events in the community
  • help you organise your day and help with socialising 
  • try out new hobbies or engage with existing ones
